Susan Sadler
A
Texas native, Susan Sadler has always been driven towards success. Through
education, along with years of corporate and community service Susan’s
natural and learned abilities are multifaceted.
Through years of balancing work and family, Susan became drawn to the idea
of becoming her own boss. In 1999, Susan and her husband, Chris acquired
Plantscapers, a small locally owned plant care and service business.
Utilizing both her business background
along with determination and drive, the once small enterprise has grown into
a thriving business. She has perfected her business model through the
implementation of systems that allow Susan to enjoy the benefits of business
ownership without the burden of running the day to day operations. She now
enjoys full involvement with her company because she wants to, not because
she has to.
This freedom afforded the opportunity
to explore the franchising potential of the business. She was introduced to
Gary Findley, past President and franchise builder of Curves International
and after introducing her idea, and analyzing the potential, Findley was
intrigued to the point of agreeing to add the concept to his list of
offerings. The name was changed to Green Life Interiors in June of this
year as a part of that process.
Susan continues to grow and perfect the
business, furthering the systems that initially made the offering possible.
She has fine-tuned the training and support arms of the business, hiring
management and support staff positioning Green Life Interiors for the
marketplace.
Susan graduated from Baylor University
1985 and holds a Bachelor degree in business along with several national
professional interior landscape certifications.
Susan and her husband, Chris live in
Waco, Texas and have been married for more than 20 years and
have two children. Susan is involved in several
areas of ministry, enjoys spending time with her family, attends sporting
events, loves to cook, and is an avid reader. |
